Steps

1. Activate Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx by paying and tapping it, adding at least Activate Gleaming Splendor by paying , causing you and an opponent to draw a card
2. Activate Mind Over Matter by discarding a card, untapping Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx
3. Repeat
