Prerequisites

• Folio of Fancies on the battlefield
• Smothering Tithe on the battlefield
• Mind Over Matter on the battlefield
• Opponents are unable to pay for Smothering Tithe's trigger

Steps

1. Activate Folio of Fancies's first ability by paying and tapping it, causing each player to draw a card
2. Smothering Tithe triggers, creating a Treasure token for each player who can't pay
3. Activate Mind Over Matter by discarding a card, untapping Folio of Fancies
4. Activate both Treasure tokens by tapping and sacrificing those, adding two mana of any colors
5. Repeat
