Prerequisites

• Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind on the battlefield
• Tandem Lookout on the battlefield
• Tandem Lookout is paired with Niv-Mizzet
• Niv-Mizzet does not have summoning sickness

Steps

1. Activate Niv-Mizzet's ability to draw a card
2. Niv-Mizzet triggers, dealing 1 damage to target opponent
3. When Niv-Mizzet deals damage, its ability from Tandem Lookout triggers, causing you to draw a card
4. Repeat from step 2
5. To end the loop and stop yourself drawing from an empty library, choose any target besides an opponent in step 2

• Infinite card draw
• Infinite draw triggers
• Near-infinite damage
