• Tandem Lookout on the battlefield
• Tandem Lookout is paired with Witty Roastmaster
• You have a way to draw a card

Steps

1. Draw a card
2. The Locust God triggers, creating a 1/1 Insect creature token with flying and haste
3. When the Insect enters the battlefield, Witty Roastmaster triggers, dealing 1 damage to each opponent
4. Witty Roastmaster triggers, causing you to draw a card
5. Repeat from step 2
