Steps

1. Declare two creatures you control as attackers, attacking two different opponents
2. Holding priority, activate Nemesis Phoenix by paying , returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped and attacking
3. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Nemesis Phoenix, adding
4. Repeat from step 2
