• Infested Thrinax in hand
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield

Steps

1. Cast Infested Thrinax by paying When Infested Thrinax enters the battlefield, it triggers, causing you to create a number of 1/1 Saproling creature tokens when a nontoken creature you control dies
2. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Scourge of Nel Toth, adding
3. When Scourge of Nel Toth dies, Infested Thrinax triggers, creating six 1/1 Saproling creature tokens
4. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing a Saproling, adding
5. Cast Scourge of Nel Toth from your graveyard by paying and sacrificing two Saprolings
6. Repeat from step 3
