Prerequisites

• Rakdos, the Muscle on the battlefield
• Forsaken Miner on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Forsaken Miner, adding
2. When Forsaken Miner dies, Rakdos triggers, targeting an opponent
3. When you commit that crime, Forsaken Miner triggers, causing you to pay to return it from your graveyard to the battlefield
4. Resolve the Rakdos trigger, exiling the top card of the opponent's library with the ability to cast it until your next end step
5. Repeat

Results

• Cast any number of spell(s) from opponents' libraries
• Exile each opponent's library
• Infinite death triggers
• Infinite ETB
• Infinite LTB
• Infinite sacrifice triggers
