Steps

1. Cast Sensei's Divining Top by paying
2. Alela triggers, creating a 1/1 blue Faerie creature token
3. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing a 1/1 Faerie token, adding one mana of any color
4. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, drawing a card and then putting Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library
5. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from your library by paying
6. Repeat from step 2
