• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• A non-Zombie creature has died this turn,

Steps

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Undead Sprinter, adding
2. When Undead Sprinter dies, Pitiless Plunderer triggers, creating a Treasure token
3. Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding
4. Cast Undead Sprinter from your graveyard by paying
5. Repeat
