Deathrender, Heirloom Blade, Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre, and Phyrexian Altar

Prerequisites

• Deathrender on the battlefield
• Heirloom Blade on the battlefield
• Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre in hand
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Ulamog, adding
2. When Ulamog dies, it, Heirloom Blade and Deathrender trigger
3. Resolve the Ulamog trigger, shuffling it into your library
4. Resolve the Heirloom Blade trigger, causing you to reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal Ulamog and put it into your hand
5. Resolve the Deathrender trigger, putting Ulamog from your hand onto the battlefield and attaching Deathrender to it
6. Activate Heirloom Blade's equip ability by paying , attaching it to Ulamog
7. Repeat
