Prerequisites

• Junji, the Midnight Sky on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Vengeful Bloodwitch on the battlefield
• Karmic Guide on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Karmic Guide
2. When Karmic Guide dies, Vengeful Bloodwitch triggers, causing you to gain 1 life and target opponent to lose 1 life
3. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Junji
4. When Junji dies, it and Vengeful Bloodwitch trigger
5. Resolve the Vengeful Bloodwitch trigger, causing you to gain 1 life and target opponent to lose 1 life
6. Resolve the Junji trigger, returning Karmic Guide from your graveyard to the battlefield and causing you to lose 2 life
7. When Karmic Guide enters, it triggers, returning Junji from your graveyard to the battlefield
8. Repeat
