• The Balrog, Durin's Bane in the command zone
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Warbeast of Gorgoroth on the battlefield
• There have been a number of permanents sacrificed this turn equal to five plus The Balrog's commander tax
• You do not control an Army

Steps

1. Cast The Balrog from the command zone by paying
2. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing The Balrog, adding
3. Choose to return The Balrog to the command zone from your graveyard
4. When The Balrog dies, it and Warbeast of Gorgoroth trigger
5. Resolve the Balrog trigger, destroying any artifact and/or creature an opponent controls
6. Resolve the Warbeast of Gorgoroth trigger, creating a 0/0 Orc Army creature token, and then putting two +1/+1 counters on it
7. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Orc Army, adding
8. Repeat
