Steps

1. Activate the Equipment by paying its equip cost, attaching it to Kobolds of Kher Keep
2. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Kobolds of Kher Keep, adding
3. When Kobolds of Kher Keep dies, Koll triggers, returning Kobolds of Kher Keep from your graveyard to your hand
4. Cast Kobolds of Kher Keep by paying its mana cost
5. Repeat
