• Power Artifact on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Su-Chi in exile
• Power Artifact attached to Dino DNA

Steps

1. Activate Dino DNA's second ability by paying , creating a token copy of Su-Chi that is a 6/6 Dinosaur
2. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Su-Chi token, adding one mana of any color
3. When the Su-Chi token dies, it triggers, adding
4. Repeat
