• Continue? in hand
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Shipwreck Dowser on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Shipwreck Dowser and another nontoken creature, adding
2. Cast Continue? by paying , returning Shipwreck Dowser and at least one other creature from your graveyard to the battlefield
3. When Shipwreck Dowser enters, it triggers, returning Continue? from your graveyard to your hand
4. Repeat
