Falkenrath Forebear, Voldaren Bloodcaster // Bloodbat Summoner, Phyrexian Altar, and Kaya, Geist Hunter

Prerequisites

• Falkenrath Forebear on the battlefield
• Voldaren Bloodcaster // Bloodbat Summoner on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Kaya, Geist Hunter on the battlefield
• You control less than three Blood tokens
• Kaya has at least two loyalty counters on it

Steps

1. Activate Kaya's second loyalty ability by removing two loyalty counters from it, doubling the number of tokens you create this turn
2. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Falkenrath Forebear, adding
3. When Falkenrath Forebear dies, Voldaren Bloodcaster triggers, creating two Blood artifact tokens
4. Activate Falkenrath Forebear by paying and sacrificing the Blood tokens, returning it to the battlefield from your graveyard
5. Repeat from step 2
