• Cloudstone Curio on the battlefield
• Resolute Reinforcements in hand
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Anointed Procession on the battlefield

Steps

1. Cast Resolute Reinforcements by paying
2. When Resolute Reinforcements enters the battlefield, it and Cloudstone Curio trigger
3. Resolve the Cloudstone Curio trigger, choosing to return nothing to your hand from the battlefield
4. Resolve the Resolute Reinforcements trigger, creating two 1/1 Soldier creature tokens
5. When the Soldiers enter the battlefield, Cloudstone Curio triggers twice
6. Resolve the first trigger, returning Resolute Reinforcements to your hand from the battlefield
7. Resolve the second trigger, choosing to return nothing to your hand from the battlefield
8. Activate Phyrexian Altar twice by sacrificing the Soldiers, adding
9. Repeat
