Steps

1. Activate Outrider en-Kor by paying , targeting itself
2. Monk Gyatso triggers, airbending Outrider en-Kor
3. The Outrider en-Kor ability fizzles due to no longer having a legal target
4. Cast Outrider en-Kor from exile by paying due to Heliod Repeat
