• Eye of the Storm on the battlefield
• Seething Song in hand

Steps

1. Cast Seething Song by paying
2. Eye of the Storm triggers, exiling Seething Song and causing you to cast a copy of it without paying its mana cost
3. Resolve the Seething Song copy, adding
4. Cast Sorceress's Schemes either from your hand by paying or from your graveyard for its flashback cost by paying
5. Eye of the Storm triggers, exiling Sorceress's Schemes and causing you to cast a copy of it and Seething Song without paying their mana costs
6. Resolve the copy of Sorceress's Schemes, returning the original Sorceress's Schemes from exile to your hand and adding
7. Resolve the copy of Seething Song, adding
8. Repeat from step 4
