Steps

1. Activate Sceptre of Eternal Glory by tapping it, adding
2. Activate Drafna's first ability by paying , returning Sceptre of Eternal Glory from the battlefield to your hand
3. Cast Sceptre of Eternal Glory by paying at most
4. Repeat
