• Altar of Dementia on the battlefield
• Faceless Butcher in the graveyard

Steps

1. Cast Metamorphosis Fanatic by paying
2. When Metamorphosis Fanatic enters, it triggers, returning Faceless Butcher from your graveyard to the battlefield
3. When Faceless Butcher enters, it triggers, exiling Metamorphosis Fanatic
4. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Faceless Butcher
5. When Faceless Butcher dies, it triggers, returning Metamorphosis Fanatic from exile to the battlefield
6. Repeat from step 2
7. Resolve all Altar of Dementia abilities
