Prerequisites

• Stimulus Package on the battlefield
• Pitiless Plunderer on the battlefield
• Goblin Bombardment on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Stimulus Package by sacrificing a Treasure, creating a 1/1 Citizen creature token
2. Activate Goblin Bombardment by sacrificing the Citizen
3. The Citizen dies, triggering Pitiless Plunderer, creating a Treasure token
4. Resolve the Goblin Bombardment ability, dealing 1 damage to any target
5. Repeat
