Prerequisites

• Pitiless Plunderer on the battlefield
• Carrion Feeder on the battlefield
• You control a Treasure

Steps

1. Activate Stimulus Package by sacrificing a Treasure, creating a 1/1 Citizen creature token
2. Activate Carrion Feeder by sacrificing the Citizen
3. The Citizen dies, triggering Pitiless Plunderer, creating a Treasure token
4. Resolve the Carrion Feeder ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on it
5. Repeat
