Prerequisites

• Saffi Eriksdotter on the battlefield
• Samwise the Stouthearted on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Blessed Sanctuary on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Saffi by sacrificing it, targeting Samwise
2. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Samwise, adding
3. When Samwise dies, Saffi triggers, returning Samwise from your graveyard to the battlefield
4. When Samwise enters the battlefield, it and Blessed Sanctuary trigger
5. Resolve the Blessed Sanctuary trigger, creating a 2/2 Unicorn creature token
6. Resolve the Samwise trigger, returning Saffi from your graveyard to your hand
7. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Unicorn, adding
8. Cast Saffi by paying
9. When Saffi enters the battlefield, Blessed Sanctuary triggers, creating a 2/2 Unicorn creature token
10. Repeat
