Steps

1. Cast Shrieking Drake by paying
2. When Shrieking Drake enters the battlefield, it and Blessed Sanctuary trigger
3. Resolve the Shrieking Drake trigger, returning itself from the battlefield to your hand
4. Resolve the Blessed Sanctuary trigger, creating a creature token
5. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the creature token, adding
6. Repeat
