Steps

1. Activate Splintering Wind by paying , dealing 1 damage to target creature and creating a 1/1 Splinter creature token
2. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Splinter, adding
3. When the Splinter dies, it triggers, dealing no damage to you or creatures you control due to Blessed Sanctuary
4. Repeat
