Steps

1. Cast Kobolds of Kher Keep by paying
2. Kobolds of Kher Keep enters the battlefield, triggering Cloudstone Curio and Blessed Sanctuary
3. Resolve the Cloudstone Curio trigger, returning nothing from the battlefield to your hand
4. Resolve the Blessed Sanctuary, creating a 2/2 Unicron creature token
5. The Unicorn enters the battlefield, triggering Cloudstone Curio, returning Kobolds of Kher Keep from the battlefield to your hand
6. Repeat
