Steps
- Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Memnite, adding
- When Memnite dies, Sword of the Realms triggers, returning Memnite to your hand from your graveyard
- Cast Memnite by paying
- When Memnite enters the battlefield, Blessed Sanctuary triggers, creating a 2/2 Unicorn creature token
- Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Unicorn, adding
- Activate Sword of the Realms' equip ability by paying , attaching it to Memnite
- Repeat
