• Sigil of the New Dawn on the battlefield
• Blessed Sanctuary on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Memnite on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Memnite, adding
2. When Memnite dies, Sigil of the New Dawn triggers, causing you to pay to return Memnite to your hand from your graveyard
3. Cast Memnite by paying
4. When Memnite enters the battlefield, Blessed Sanctuary triggers, creating a 2/2 Unicorn creature token
5. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Unicorn, adding
6. Repeat
