Steps

1. Give Famished Paladin lifelink
2. Activate Famished Paladin by tapping it, dealing 1 damage to any target and causing you to gain one life
3. Famished Paladin triggers, untapping it
4. Repeat from step 2

• Infinite damage
• Infinite lifegain
