Steps

1. Cast Haze of Rage with buyback by paying , tapping Stormsplitter, and tapping Caetus
2. Haze of Rage's Storm ability and each Stormsplitter triggers
3. Resolve Haze of Rage's Storm ability, creating a copy of it for each spell cast before it this turn and resolving all those copies
4. Resolve each Stormsplitter's trigger, creating a token copy of each one
5. Haze of Rage resolves, giving creatures you control +1/+0 until end of turn and returning itself to your hand
6. Cast Haze of Rage with buyback by paying and tapping one token copy of Stormsplitter
7. Repeat steps 2 through 5
8. Cast Haze of Rage with buyback by paying and tapping two token copies of Stormsplitter
9. Repeat steps 2 through 5
10. Cast Haze of Rage with buyback by tapping four token copies of Stormsplitter
11. Repeat steps 2 through 5
