Steps

1. Cast Searing Touch with buyback by paying
2. Birgi, Blood Funnel and Deekah trigger
3. Resolve the Birgi trigger, adding
4. Resolve the Deekah trigger, creating a creature token
5. Resolve the Blood Funnel trigger, causing you to sacrifice the creature token
6. Resolve the Searing Touch spell
7. Repeat
