• Birgi, God of Storytelling // Harnfel, Horn of Bounty on the battlefield
• Cloudstone Curio on the battlefield
• Slumbering Dragon in hand
• Shivan Devastator on the battlefield

Steps

1. Cast Slumbering Dragon by paying
2. Birgi triggers, adding
3. When Slumbering Dragon enters the battlefield, Ganax and Cloudstone Curio trigger
4. Resolve the Ganax trigger, creating a Treasure artifact token
5. Resolve the Cloudstone Curio trigger, returning Shivan Devastator from the battlefield to your hand
6. Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding
7. Cast Shivan Devastator by paying , causing it to enter the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it
8. Birgi triggers, adding
9. When Shivan Devastator enters the battlefield, Ganax and Cloudstone Curio trigger
10. Resolve the Ganax trigger, creating a Treasure artifact token
11. Resolve the Cloudstone Curio trigger, returning Slumbering Dragon from the battlefield to your hand
12. Repeat
13. Once you have infinite mana, you may cast Shivan Devastator for an arbitrarily large amount of mana to put infinite +1/+1 counters on it
