• Birgi, God of Storytelling // Harnfel, Horn of Bounty on the battlefield
• Tangleroot on the battlefield
• Sparkcaster in hand
• Animar has at least two +1/+1 counters on it
• available

Steps

1. Cast Sparkcaster by paying
2. Birgi, Animar and Tangleroot trigger
3. Resolve the Tangleroot and Birgi triggers, adding
4. Resolve the Animar trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on it
5. When Sparkcaster enters the battlefield, its first and second abilities trigger
6. Resolve the second Sparkcaster trigger, dealing 1 damage to any player or planeswalker
7. Resolve the first Sparkcaster trigger, returning itself from the battlefield to your hand
8. Repeat
