Steps

1. Activate Cormela by paying and tapping it, adding that can only be spent to cast instant or sorcery spells
2. Cast Demonic Gifts by paying , targeting Cormela
3. Birgi triggers, adding
4. Resolve Demonic Gifts
5. Activate Carrion Feeder by sacrificing Cormela
6. When Cormela dies, it triggers twice
7. Resolve the first trigger, returning Cormela from your graveyard to the battlefield
8. Resolve the second trigger, returning Demonic Gifts from your graveyard to your hand
9. Resolve the Carrion Feeder ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on it
10. Repeat

• Infinite +1/+1 counters on Carrion Feeder
• Infinite blue mana that can only be spent to cast instant and sorcery spells
