• River Kelpie on the battlefield
• Birgi, God of Storytelling // Harnfel, Horn of Bounty on the battlefield
• Flame Jab in the graveyard
• You have at least one land card in hand
• available

Steps

1. Cast Selective Memory by paying
2. Birgi triggers, adding
3. Resolve Selective Memory, exiling all nonland cards from your library
4. Cast Flame Jab from your graveyard for its retrace cost by paying and discarding a land card
5. Birgi and River Kelpie trigger
6. Resolve the Birgi trigger, adding
7. Resolve the River Kelpie trigger, causing you to draw a land card
8. Resolve Flame Jab, dealing 1 damage to any target
9. Repeat from step 4
