Steps

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top by tapping it, drawing a card and then putting Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library
2. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying
3. Birgi and Elsha of the Infinite's prowess ability trigger
4. Resolve the Birgi trigger, adding
5. Resolve the Elsha of the Infinite trigger, giving it +1/+1 until end of turn
6. Repeat
