Steps

1. Cast Searing Touch with buyback by paying
2. Birgi, Blood Funnel and Judith trigger
3. Resolve the Birgi trigger, adding
4. Resolve the Judith trigger, creating a 2/2 Imp creature token
5. Resolve the Blood Funnel trigger, causing you to sacrifice the Imp
6. When the Imp dies, it triggers, dealing 2 damage to each opponent
7. Resolve the Searing Touch spell
8. Repeat
