Steps

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library
2. Activate Harnfel by discarding a card, exiling the top two cards of your library and allowing you to cast them this turn
3. Activate Devoted Druid's first ability by tapping it, adding
4. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from exile by paying
5. Rocco's second ability triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Devoted Druid and creating a Food token
6. Activate Devoted Druid's second ability by removing a -1/-1 counter from it, untapping it
