Prerequisites

• Stormsplitter on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Lab Rats in hand
• at most, depending on how many Stormsplitters you control available

Steps

1. Csat Lab Rats with buyback by paying
2. Each Stormsplitter you control triggers, creating that many token copies of Stormsplitter
3. Resolve Lab Rats, creating a 1/1 Rat creature token and returning Lab Rats to your hand
4. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Rat, adding
5. If you control at least 8 Stormsplitters, activate Phyrexian Altar four times by sacrificing four Stormsplitter tokens, adding
6. Repeat
