• Tireless Provisioner on the battlefield
• Gourmand's Talent on the battlefield
• Emiel the Blessed on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate three Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding
2. Because the Treasures are Foods due to Gourmand's Talent, Unlucky Cabbage Merchant triggers three times
3. Holding priority, activate Emiel by paying , blinking Unlucky Cabbage Merchant
4. Resolve the first Unlucky Cabbage Merchant trigger, causing you to search your library for a basic land card and put it onto the battlefield tapped
5. When the land enters, Tireless Provisioner triggers, creating a Treasure token
6. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for the remaining Unlucky Cabbage Merchant triggers
7. Repeat from step 1
