Prerequisites

• God-Eternal Bontu in hand or in the command zone
• Endrek Sahr, Master Breeder on the battlefield
• Carnival of Souls on the battlefield
• Deathgreeter on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Your life total is at least four
• You control less than two Thrulls
• plus enough mana to pay for commander tax, if applicable available

Steps

1. Cast God-Eternal Bontu either from your hand or from the command zone by paying and commander tax, if applicable
2. Endrek Sahr triggers, creating five 1/1 Thrull creature tokens
3. The Thrull tokens enter the battlefield, triggering Carnival of Souls five times
4. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing two Thrull tokens, adding
5. Deathgreeter triggers twice, causing you to gain two life
6. Resolve each Carnival of Souls, causing you to lose five life and add
7. Resolve God-Eternal Bontu from step 1
8. God-Eternal Bontu enters the battlefield, triggering its first ability
9. Holding priority, activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing God-Eternal Bontu, adding
10. God-Eternal Bontu's second ability and Deathgreeter trigger
11. Resolve the God-Eternal Bontu trigger, causing you to put it into your library third from the top from your graveyard
12. Resolve the Deathgreeter trigger, causing you to gain 1 life
13. Resolve God-Eternal Bontu's first ability from step 8, sacrificing three Thrulls and drawing three cards
14. Deathgreeter triggers three times, causing you to gain three life
15. Repeat
16. Once you have an empty library, you can continue the combo by only sacrificing one Thrull in step 13, and sacrificing the other two Thrulls to Phyrexian Altar
