• Loxodon Lifechanter on the battlefield
• Your life total is at least 15

Steps

1. At the beginning of your upkeep, Mayael's Aria triggers
2. Holding priority, activate Loxodon Lifechanter by paying , causing it to get +X/+X until end of turn, where X is your life total
3. Resolve the Mayael's Aria trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on Loxodon Lifechanter, then causing you to gain 10 life and win the game
