Prerequisites

• Sigil of the New Dawn on the battlefield
• Deathrender on the battlefield
• Altar of Dementia on the battlefield
• Peregrine Drake on the battlefield
• Deathrender attached to Peregrine Drake
• You control lands that produce at least
• available

Steps

1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Peregrine Drake
2. Sigil of the New Dawn and Deathrender trigger
3. Resolve Sigil of the New Dawn's trigger, paying to return Peregrine Drake from your graveyard to your hand
4. Resolve Deathrender's trigger, putting Peregrine Drake from your hand onto the battlefield and attaching Deathrender to it
5. Peregrine Drake enters the battlefield, triggering itself, untapping up to five lands you control that can produce at least
6. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability from step 1, causing target player to mill four cards
7. Repeat
