Steps

1. Activate Basilica Shepherd by paying , blinking it
2. Basilica Shepherd enters the battlefield, triggering itself and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability
3. Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Basilica Shepherd
4. Resolve the Basilica Shepherd trigger, creating two 1/1 Phyrexian Mite artifact creature tokens
5. Activate Phyrexian Altar twice by sacrificing the Phyrexian Mites, adding
6. Repeat
