Steps

1. Optionally, activate a land by tapping it, adding at least
2. Activate Meloku by paying and returning a land you control to your hand, creating a 1/1 Illusion creature token
3. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Illusion token, adding
4. When the Illusion dies, Minn's second ability triggers, putting a land from your hand onto the battlefield
5. Repeat
