Steps

1. Cast Appa, Steadfast Guardian by paying
2. Animar triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it
3. When Appa, Steadfast Guardian enters, it triggers, airbending Appa, Loyal Sky Bison Cast Appa, Loyal Sky Bison from exile by paying
4. Appa, Steadfast Guardian and Animar trigger
5. Resolve the Animar trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on it
6. Resolve the Appa, Steadfast Guardian trigger, creating a 1/1 Ally creature token
7. When Appa, Loyal Sky Bison enters, it triggers, airbending Appa, Steadfast Guardian Cast Appa, Steadfast Guardian from exile by paying
8. Repeat from step 2
