Steps

1. Cast Whirlwind Technique by paying its mana cost, targeting any applicable target(s)
2. Holding priority, cast Lutri by paying its mana cost reduced by Animar
3. Animar triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it
4. When Lutri enters, it triggers, copying Whirlwind Technique targeting Lutri
5. Resolve Whirlwind Technique, airbending Lutri
6. Holding priority, cast Lutri from exile by paying due to Animar
7. Repeat from step 3

• Infinite +1/+1 counters on a creature
• Infinite ETB
• Infinite LTB
• Infinite blinking
• Infinite draw triggers for any number of players
• Infinite magecraft triggers
• Infinite storm count
