Prerequisites

• Enduring Renewal on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Cubwarden in hand
• Animar, Soul of Elements on the battlefield
• You control at least one additional non-Human creature
• Animar has at least two +1/+1 counters on it

Steps

1. Cast Cubwarden for its mutate cost by paying
2. Animar triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on itself
3. Resolve Cubwarden, targeting a non-Human creature you control
4. The Cubwarden mutated creature triggers, creating two 1/1 Cat creature tokens
5. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Cubwarden mutated creature, adding
6. When the Cubwarden mutated creature dies, Enduring Renewal triggers, returning Cubwarden and any cards merged with it from your graveyard to your hand
7. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing a Cat token, adding
8. Repeat
