• Metamorphosis Fanatic in hand
• Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward in the graveyard
• Altar of Dementia on the battlefield

Steps

1. Cast Metamorphosis Fanatic by paying
2. When Metamorphosis Fanatic enters, it triggers, returning Abdel Adrian from your graveyard to the battlefield
3. When Abdel Adrian enters, it triggers, exiling Metamorphosis Fanatic until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token
4. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Abdel Adrian
5. When Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, Metamorphosis Fanatic is returned from exile to the battlefield
6. Repeat from step 2
7. Resolve all Altar of Dementia abilities
